Welcome to Otter and Thyme, where we celebrate the art of quilting and the beauty it can bring into your life.

I’m passionate about helping others create beautiful and functional works of art from simple fabric and thread. My husband and I are both active duty military, and we have a sweet little boy. We have been stationed in the beautiful Pacific North West, deployed all over the world, and we are now stationed in Florida. I understand what it's like to be a busy mom, and trying to balance it all.

Since I discovered this amazing craft, my creativity just bloomed. I now create quilt and sewing patterns that are easy and quick, ready in no time. I provide a wide range of quilting information, including tips, tricks, and tutorials.
